We are delighted by your interest in enrolling your child in our preschool. Nursery school (N1 Anglo-Chinese Section only) term begins in mid-August and Kindergarten school term of all other classes (both Local and non Local curriculum) begins in September. To apply to our Nursery and Kindergarten just follow the simple steps below.

Step 1: Application

Complete the Application Form & Enrollement Information (Download) and submit it together with the following documents below:

  1. A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
  2. Two (2) I.D. size photographs of your child
  3. Four (4) stamped and self-addressed envelopes
  4. A copy of the child's immunization record
  5. The child's Health Record Form (attached with Application Form) certified by a registered physician
  6. Application fee $30 (Cheques should be made payable to: "Tivoli Nursery" for the Nursery Section and "Tivoli Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten" for the Kindergarten Section")

Step 2: Interview

You will be notified of the time of your child’s interview by letter or phone. We encourage that both parents attend the interview with the child. The purpose of the interview is to meet the parents and the child, make observation through various games and activities in a relaxed environment and atmosphere. You will be notified of the results within 14 working days after the interview by letter.

Step 3: Admissions

Once your child is admitted to our preschool, you will need to complete the following:

A. Order Uniform (download uniform order form)
You have the choice of ordering the uniform through Tivoli or via other means as long as the uniform meets all of our specifications. Note that all uniform orders must be completed one month prior to school start date.

B. Sign up for School Bus Service (Download)
Should your child need to take school bus to school, please hand in the completed form one month before using the service as it may take some time to check and process the route.

C. Emergency Consent
In rare cases when your child should require emergency medical attention, we need the parents to have a signed release form. The Hospital Consent form needs to be signed and filed with the school prior to the school start date.

D. Photo & Video Release
During events, the school will take photos of the children and parents and may post them on our website and school promotion events. Photo & Video Release Form need to be signed prior to the school start date.

E. Financial Assistance
– Parents who want to apply for the Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme (PEVS) provided by the Education Bureau (EDB), need to apply on their own and submit the voucher to the school. Please refer to www.sfaa.gov.hk for more details.

– For other Financial Aids, please apply at the Student Financial Assistance Agency or for more information, please visit: www.sfaa.gov.hk/eng/schemes/kinder.htm.

F. School Fees (Download)
School fees are paid monthly. (The following information is for reference only. School Fee and Books & Teaching Materials Fee will adjust every new term.)
